No worries, your fare will not be affected by the flight delay, your reservation is still valid, and we will safely transport you to your destination. We follow the schedules for arriving flights ourselves and take into account any delays.

There we can talk face-to-face which tours or programs you are interested in, and what we can offer you.
We have focused our operations on a more personalized experience. All tours and activities can be customized to suit your needs, and we will take your wishes into account in the content of the program. Thanks to this our schedules are very flexible. For example, visiting the Khao Sok Nature Park can include a swin in the Emerald Lake, but a person with limited swimming skills can be intimidated by it, hence we can make adjustments for all to enjoy the trip.
The day long program normally starts in the morning between 6 A.M. and 9 A.M., and ends between 4 P.M. to 7 P.M., lasting 8 to 10 hours. Half day excursions and activities start normally between 7 A.M. and 9 A.M. or after 12 P.M. in the afternoon, lasting 4 to 5 hours.
Of course we can. The excursions and activities on our website are the most popular destinations and programs, but our services are not limited to these.
As we have said, we have over ten years of experience in the industry. If you wish, we will take you to Chiang Mai or even the shooting range if necessary.
ATV safaris are very variable in length, starting from one-hour quick tours to full day tours. For these, we have not done so-called ready-made packages, but we can provide this kind of activity as part of our program. Karting is only possible in Phuket, and normally lasts about an hour. We can offer this option as part of a day trip to Phuket.
In principle, the booking fee is non-refundable. Of course, we will try to arrange another time/date if possible.
If the booking has to be re-scheduled by us, for example due to an illness of our staff member and the new proposed time does not suite you, we will refund the booking fee.
If the cancellation is caused by an acute illness, we will ask to see the medical certificate, after which we will refund your booking fee.
Your booking confirmation will contain more information on cancellation.
If you make your reservation online, you will receive a pre-booking email from us. Once the booking fee has been paid and we have received the payment, you will receive an official confirmation email confirming your booking.
If you have not received the confirmation message, we have not received the payment for the booking fee. However, if you have made a payment and a confirmation message has not been received, please contact us and we will verify that there is no potential technical issue.
Our insurance policy requires that people participating in these excursions must be notified. If the requested information is not provided, the insurance policy will not be valid, and therefore participating without the required information is not possible.
